Ran-Rapidshock Bio

I knew I saw this character from somewhere..I think when someone decided to just explode bumblebee with a hella lot of babies. I don't remember clearly enough though. Right now it's just a canon fodder character he's only interesting because he's attached to Shockwave and two other canons. Personally I think it's a tad lame to rely on canons to make an OC special. Not to mention canon characters already have their own story that set the tone to the fandom.

Besides that I think he's a rather cute looking character, he doesn't seem like a bad guy and I like his helm design despite it being Shockwave related. You seem to want to improve him so I'd be happy to give some pointers if you need them?
